What is the return policy on books?
At our bookstore, we take great care in providing personalized products tailored just for you. Due to the customization of most of our items, we are unable to accept returns once an order is placed, as these products cannot be resold. Therefore, all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your support!
What is the shipping schedule and policy?
Our shipping rates are determined based on the distance and weight of your order. All books are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. Our shipping schedule is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Are digital books available?
Reese Anderson’s books are also available in digital format through the Kindle app and Amazon.
Is pickup available?
At Loeffler Media, we value our customers and strive to offer convenient options whenever possible. For those in the Metro-Atlanta area, we may be able to arrange local pickup as an alternative to shipping. While availability is limited, we’ll do our best to accommodate larger orders with higher priority.
