RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the product, there are absolutely NO RETURNS.  Because most of the books will be personalized, there is no way to resell them once they have been altered.  Once purchased, all sales are final.  No returns on any products.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is configured by distance and weight. Books are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please allow 5-10 business days for SANDBOOKS product's arrival.  Products are shipped Monday - Friday.

PICK-UP

Upon certain request, SANDBOOKS products may be picked up (as opposed to shipped) by customers in the Metro-Atlanta area.  Pick-up orders are at discretion of SANDBOOKS and will not be granted to everyone due to time and availability.  The bigger the order, the higher the priority.  Request can be sent using the contact form on the Contact form on the Contact/Keep In Touch page or emailed to ReeseAndersonBooks@gmail.com.
